This 2006 Chevrolet SSR was ordered with the 3SS Preferred Equipment Group and the Bright Chrome Package, and it was reportedly purchased new by its current owner. Now indicating 1,300 miles, the truck is finished in Pacific Blue Metallic over Ebony leather. Power is provided by a 6.0-liter V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and equipment includes a power-retractable hardtop, a body-color rigid tonneau cover, a chrome-finished chevron bar, a ZQ8 sport suspension, chrome-finished staggered-diameter wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, heated and power-adjustable seats with driver-side position memory settings, and a CD stereo paired with a Bose audio system. This SSR is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a window sticker, a wind deflector, a dealer-accessory tow hitch insert and pouch, a clean Carfax report, and a Washington title in the name of the owner’s trust.
The SSR was built on a modified version of the GMT360 platform shared with the contemporary TrailBlazer SUV, and its styling was inspired by the Chevrolet Advance Design family of trucks. This example is finished in Pacific Blue Metallic with a color-matched hardshell tonneau cover and a power-retractable hardtop. Additional features include flush-mounted halogen headlights bisected by a chrome-finished chevron bar as well as flush-mounted taillights, heated power-operated side mirrors, integrated body-color running boards, and dual polished exhaust tips.
Staggered-diameter five-spoke wheels are finished in chrome and wrapped in 255/45-19″ front and 295/40-20″ rear Goodyear tires. The SSR was equipped from the factory with a ZQ8 sport suspension featuring an independent front and five-link solid-axle rear setup with front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with vented rotors.
The heated and power-adjustable high-back bucket seats are upholstered in Ebony leather. Appointments include a color-keyed waterfall console as well as air conditioning, cruise control, remote keyless entry, driver-side position memory settings, a Bose premium speaker system, and an AM/FM/CD stereo.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames SSR-branded instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. Gauges for voltage, torque, and outside temperature are mounted ahead of the shifter and feature chrome-finished bezels. The digital odometer indicates 1,300 miles.
The 6.0-liter LS2 V8 wears an engine cover with a body-color insert and SSR lettering. Factory-rated output was 400 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential.
The included window sticker displays initial delivery to Sunset Chevrolet of Sumner, Washington, and it lists factory colors and equipment along with a total vehicle price of $48,925. An SSR-branded wind deflector will also accompany the truck.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
The Washington title displays “Exempt” under the Odometer Status heading, and it states “Use Tax Waived-Gift” in the Comments section.
