This 1952 Dodge Power Wagon B-3-PW was purchased by the seller in 2021. Subsequent refurbishment work involved overboring and rebuilding the 230ci inline-six, converting the electrical system to 12 volts, replacing or repairing the fenders, redoing the bed in ash wood, retrimming the seat in brown vinyl, replacing the floor pans and the clutch, installing replacement 4.89:1 differential gears, and overhauling the brakes. Other equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, painted 16″ steel wheels, a power take-off, a winch, turn signals, and a cabin heater. This Power Wagon is now offered with an owner’s manual, shop manuals, parts catalogs, recent service records, and a clean Minnesota title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in multiple colors, with blue, black, and primer visible on various body panels. The rear fenders were replaced and the lower front fenders were patched under current ownership. The two-piece front bumper anchors a PTO-driven winch. Equipment includes front tow hooks, a steel grille, turn signals, a split tilting windshield, a cowl vent, cowl lights, a driver-side mirror, running boards, dual taillights, and a dropdown tailgate. Issues with the paint are pictured in the gallery below along with dents and delaminated glass. Windshield wipers are not installed.

The bed flooring was refurbished under current ownership using black-ash wood planks separated by black trim strips.

Black-finished 16″ steel wheels with silver-colored split locking rings are mounted with General Grabber A/TX tires measuring 285/75. A Carnegie Super Carrier spare is affixed to the right side of the body. Braking is handled by drums at each corner; the master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and brake lines were replaced by the seller.

The bench seat was reupholstered in brown vinyl under current ownership, and floor panels were replaced along with the rearview mirror. Interior appointments include a painted metal dashboard, a Superpower heater, a glovebox, and vent windows. The headliner is absent, the driver door is missing a spring in its latch, and a rust hole measuring less than an inch is present in the passenger-side cab floor.

The steering wheel fronts a round 80-mph speedometer as well as supplemental displays for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 49k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.

When the 230ci L-head inline-six was rebuilt in 2021, it was bored .040″ over, the crankshaft was reground, a valve job was performed, the valve guides were knurled, the cylinder head was milled, and the pumps and the radiator cap were replaced. The electrical system has been converted to a 12-volt setup. The truck is fitted with a power take-off.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Front and rear differential gears with 4.89:1 ratios were installed under current ownership. In addition, a differential carrier, the bearings and seals, and the clutch disc were replaced.

Shop manuals, parts catalogs, an owner’s manual, and recent service records will accompany the vehicle.
