This 1967 Ford Fairlane was purchased by the current owner in 2011 following work that is said to include overhauling the 289ci V8 that was overbored and equipped with 351-specification cylinder heads, flat-top pistons, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and a Summit Racing four-barrel carburetor. The three-speed automatic transmission was fitted with a shift kit and is linked to a limited-slip differential. The car remained off the road for several years until service was performed in preparation for the sale, which involved replacing the battery, starter solenoid, and fuel. It rides on American Racing wheels and has front disc brakes, a front anti-sway bar, and bench seating with aftermarket covers. This Fairlane is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner at no reserve with a clean California title in the owner’s name.

Finished from the factory in Light Blue, the car was repainted in its current shade of white under prior ownership. Features include stacked headlights, chrome bumpers, 289 badging, and dual exhaust outlets. The windshield wipers are missing, and a dent on the left quarter panel and areas of rust are shown in the gallery below.

This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in July 2026 and the sale was not completed due to extenuating circumstances. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle, and the winner’s buyer’s fee was refunded.

American Racing wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes, and a front anti-sway bar has been installed.

The cabin houses two rows of bench seats trimmed in blue, and a carpet cover tops the dashboard. Interior wear is depicted in the gallery below.

The two-spoke steering wheel has a horn ring and sits ahead of a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 29k miles, and total mileage is unknown. The ignition switch works intermittently, per the seller.

The seller tells us that the 289ci V8 was overhauled under prior ownership, and work involved boring the engine .030″ over as well as installing flat-top pistons, 351-specification cylinder heads, Manley valves, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and a Summit Racing 600 CFM four-barrel carburetor. In preparation for the sale, the battery, starter solenoid, and fuel were replaced.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed Select Shift Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The seller notes that the transmission was rebuilt circa 2021 and that the rear end is equipped with a limited-slip differential and a 3.00:1 gear set.
