This 1973 Honda XR75 was refurbished circa 2012 under prior ownership and acquired by the seller later in 2012. The bike is finished in Lava Gray Metallic and powered by a 72cc four-stroke single paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes an exhaust system with an upswept muffler, a kick starter, a Keihin carburetor, a black vinyl-upholstered solo seat, a chrome cross-braced handlebar, a skid plate, high-mounted fenders, number plates, 16″ front and 14″ rear chrome rims, and a side stand. This XR75 is now offered at no reserve in Oregon for off-road use only with a bill of sale.
The bodywork was refinished under prior ownership in Lava Gray Metallic, with red, black, and white graphics, over a black-finished single-downtube frame. Details include a black vinyl solo seat, a skid plate, a rear grab handle, front and side number plates, high-mounted fenders, folding serrated foot pegs, and a side stand. The seller notes the fuel cap seal leaked and created a bubble in the paint on the fuel tank, which is shown in the gallery.
Wire-spoke wheels with 16″ front and 14″ rear chrome rims along with drum-brake hubs are mounted with knobby IRC tires. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork as well as dual chrome preload-adjustable shocks mounted to the swingarm.
The chrome cross-braced handlebar is equipped with rubber-tipped clutch and brake levers as well as a twist-grip throttle and an ignition-cutoff switch. The motorcycle is not equipped with an odometer or other instrumentation, therefore true mileage is unknown.
The 72cc four-stroke single features a kick starter, a Keihin carburetor, and a black exhaust system with an upswept muffler. The seller states the petcock and carburetor were overhauled under current ownership.
Power is routed to the rear wheel through a four-speed manual transmission and a drive chain with upper and lower guards.
The bike does not have a title or registration. It is being sold on a bill of sale only.
