This 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo was converted into a race car between 2007 and 2009 and with a fiberglass widebody kit and one-piece front end, a sunroof-delete panel, polycarbonate windows, and a roll cage. The 2.5-liter inline-four was reportedly built by Exotic Motorwerks and fitted with a Lindsey Racing turbo kit and a header-back custom exhaust system, and a Rogue Engineering Stage III clutch was installed for the five-speed manual transaxle. Koni adjustable coilover suspension and 18″ 911 Turbo-style twist alloys were mounted, and the stripped interior features a roll cage and a Sparco driver’s seat, harness, steering wheel, and shifter. The car was acquired in 2024 by the selling dealer, who had a Martini-style livery applied to the exterior, mounted new tires, and performed a timing belt service along with other work noted below. This Porsche 944 Turbo is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with partial services records and an Arizona title.

The body was modified under previous ownership with the installation of a fiberglass single-piece GTR-style front end, fiberglass rear fender extensions, and a fiberglass panel in place of the sunroof.

The car was repainted in 2009, and Martini Racing livery was installed by the selling dealer in April 2026. Additional features include shaved door handles, a polycarbonate rear window, and a rear spoiler. The front door windows, windshield wipers, headlights, and fog lights have been removed. The Carfax report indicates that the car was stolen in January 2004. Subsequent entries note that the vehicle was declared a total loss by an insurance company and that the state of California issued a salvage title.

The 18″ Turbo Twist wheels are wrapped in 245/35 front and 285/30 rear Yokohama tires that were mounted in April 2025. Koni coilover suspension with Eibach springs and Weltmeister front and rear sway bars were installed, and the red-painted calipers have Porterfield pans. A brake fluid flush was performed in December 2025.

The stripped cockpit features a six-point roll cage that surrounds a fixed-back Sparco seat trimmed in black cloth with a matching harness. Additional equipment includes a Sparco shift knob, a battery cutoff switch, a driver window net, a center net, a custom auxiliary switch panel, and a fire extinguisher.

The Sparco steering wheel features a black microsuede-wrapped rim, and it fronts AutoMeter Phantom instrumentation that includes a 10k-rpm tachometer and readouts for oil temperature, oil pressure, water temp, battery voltage, and turbo boost. The car is not equipped with a speedometer or odometer, and total mileage is unknown.

The 2.5-liter inline-four was reportedly rebuilt by Exotic Motorwerks and fitted with a Lindsey Racing turbo kit and a header-back exhaust system as part of the initial build. Work completed by the selling dealer in December 2025 included an oil change, cooling system flush, and replacing the following components:

  • Timing belt and tensioners
  • Water pump
  • V-belts
  • Coolant hoses
  • Fuel pump
  • Spark plugs
  • Distributor cap and rotor

Results from a February 2026 compression test and photos of the gauge readings are viewable in the gallery below.

A Rogue Engineering Stage III clutch was installed for the five-speed manual transaxle. The selling dealer flushed the clutch fluid in December 2025.

The US-spec chassis number is no longer present on the car, and a photo of the RoW VIN is viewable above.

The Carfax report shows the aforementioned theft entry, “total loss”, and salvage, rebuilt, junk, and dismantled title issuances.

The Arizona title carries a salvage brand.
