This 1991 Yamaha Blaster YFS200B was acquired by the seller in 2020, reportedly from its second owner, and subsequently refurbished. Work included installing a Vitos 240cc stroker kit in the two-stroke single, a Vitos 28mm PKW carburetor, a Vitos expansion-chamber exhaust system, and more, along with powder-coating the frame and extended swingarm, and overhauling the suspension, controls, and brakes. Shifting is through a six-speed transmission, and the bodywork is finished in blue and white with multi-colored graphics. Additional equipment includes a DG Racing front push bar and nerf bars, LED headlight, Tusk hand guards, HMP frame gusset kit, disc brakes, DWT alloy wheels, Elka Suspension shocks, and a kick starter. This Blaster is now offered at no reserve in Pennsylvania for off-road use only, with an owner’s manual, a Certificate of Origin, a replacement parts list, removed parts, records, and a bill of sale.

The white and blue bodywork wears replacement multi-colored graphics and is set over a frame that was powder-coated black under current ownership after receiving an HMP frame gusset kit. Additional details include a blue vinyl solo seat and serrated foot pegs. Custom equipment installed in the refurbishment includes an LED headlight, a DG Racing front push bar and rear grab bar, DG Racing nerf bars, Team Alba Racing fuel cap, and more as noted in the parts listing in the gallery.

Multi-piece replacement DWT Racing Blue Label polished alloy wheels were mounted with replacement Wanda tires under current ownership.  The independent front suspension system received extended Team Alba Racing A-arms, replacement ball joints, Elka Suspension shocks, and more, while the rear setup features a four-inch extended Tyson Racing swingarm that is powder-coated black, and paired with an Elka Suspension monoshock. Stopping power is provided by front hydraulic disc brakes sourced from a 2006 Blaster with stainless-steel braided brake lines, and a rear disc along with billet aluminum rear hubs with spacers sourced from a Banshee, and more as outlined in the parts list.

The white cross-braced handlebar carries a center pad, a Motion Pro throttle, blue anodized levers, Tusk hand guards, and switchgear for the lighting and ignition. No instrumentation is equipped, therefore total mileage is unknown. The seller estimates riding the ATV approximately 10 hours following the refurbishment.

The air-cooled two-stroke single received a 240cc Vitos stroker kit, per the seller, along with a Vitos oil injection blockoff plate, reed spacer, and reeds. Starting is via a kick starter, and additional equipment includes:

  • Vitos 28mm PKW carburetor
  • Vitos polished expansion chamber exhaust system with silencer
  • Vitos timing advance
  • Throttle Override System delete kit
  • Stainless-steel bolt kit

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission with replacement front and rear sprockets and a replacement D.I.D X-Ring chain with TM Design chain guides. The clutch and springs are Vitos heavy-duty items, per the seller.

Photos showing work completed under current ownership are found in the gallery.

The sale includes an owner’s manual, a Certificate of Origin, a replacement parts list, removed parts, and records.

The ATV does not have a title or registration and is being sold on a bill of sale only
