Do you need to offer free babysitting to your family members?

It's nice to offer help where you can, but it's probably not something you want to sacrifice your own needs for. When you're young and in school, your priority should be yourself. There will be enough chance to be responsible for other people when you're older. But you shouldn't be loaded down with the problems of other people when you're still too young to manage your own needs. You're allowed to be a little bit selfish when you're just starting out. You can prioritize yourself and make sure you're doing what you need to set yourself up for success.
