This 2004 BMW 325Ci coupe was optioned with the Sport package, purchased by the seller in 2024, and subsequently fitted with ZHP-style equipment including lower bodywork, 18″ Style 135 wheels, an M-Sport steering wheel, and an M Performance shift knob. The seller also reports overhauling the brakes and suspension, replacing and refinishing interior trim pieces, and changing the fluids in addition to replacing the starter, battery, thermostat, and more. Finished in Orient Blue Metallic over black leatherette, the car is powered by a 2.5-liter M54 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a sunroof, adaptive xenon headlights, front sport seats, an Eonon infotainment unit, a Harman Kardon sound system, and automatic climate control. This E46 coupe has 116k miles and is offered at no reserve with a window sticker, owner’s manuals, two keys, parts and service records, spare wheels and parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
Factory-finished in Orient Blue Metallic (317), the car received rust repairs and a repaint, except for the roof, in February 2025. ZHP-style bumper covers and side skirts have been fitted, and the car also has adaptive xenon headlights, fog lights, and power-adjustable side mirrors with European-specification glass as well as a glass sunroof, white turn-signal lenses, tinted windows, and dual exhaust outlets. The second key works only manually, and photos provided in the gallery below show blemishes and cracked quarter-window seals.
Silver-finished 18″ Style 135 wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 255/35 rear Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus tires. The car was factory equipped with sport-calibrated suspension and also has Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and All Season Traction (AST). Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs. A Megan Racing front-strut brace has been added, and the steering coupler, sway-bar links, and tie-rod ends are said to have been replaced under current ownership, along with the suspension springs, dampers, and brake pads and rotors. The brake fluid was flushed in late 2024. Worn control-arm bushings are noted, with replacements included in the sale.
The front sport seats and the rear bench are upholstered in black leatherette, and the interior trim has been covered with patterned vinyl wrap. Suede elements have been added, as have an M Performance shift knob, a short-shift kit, a European-style center-console insert, and an Eonon infotainment unit with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additional appointments include a Harman Kardon sound system, automatic climate control, all-weather floor mats, and cruise control along with trunk pre-wiring for a subwoofer. The blower motor and final-stage resistor have reportedly been replaced since 2024, and soundproofing material was added in the trunk and doors as well as on a portion of the center tunnel. Bubbled paint around the left-side door catch is depicted in the gallery.
The replacement leather-wrapped M-Sport multifunction steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset fuel-economy gauge, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 116k miles, approximately 6k of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.5-liter M54B25 inline-six was factory rated at 184 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The seller reports flushing the coolant, changing the oil, and replacing the battery, starter, and thermostat under their ownership. Oil sweating at the rear of the engine, believed to be from the oil pan, is noted.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. The seller states that a custom exhaust system has been fitted, and that service under their ownership has included changing the gearbox and differential fluids along with replacing the shift-shaft seal and shifter bushings.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to BMW of the Main Line in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, factory colors and equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $35,195.
Two sets of spare wheels with mounted tires are included in the sale, as are the memorabilia and service items shown in the gallery.
The Carfax report is free of accident or damage entries.
