It brings me no pleasure to report that nobody can be a student without studying.

Yes, it may be true that plenty of people try, but a lot of those people also do not end up making it to graduation. Just because it is easier than ever to let a computer do your assignments for you, there is actual value in trying to learn at least some of the stuff that teachers and professors insist is important. Our knowledge is one of the few things that nobody can try to take away from us, but we have to put in the effort if we want to cultivate it.

The back-to-school period is often full of hopes that this year, you are really going to lock in, you won't leave everything to the last minute, and you will find a way to study consistently that doesn't drive you completely insane. Whether or not you actually make good on this promise is a matter of willpower, and many students fail that task.

It's all good, so long as they know enough to pass the exam and maybe even carry forward some fun facts or practical skills that they can use in life. Sometimes a dose of motivation is the only thing you need to encourage yourself to make everybody proud and be a dedicated student who respects the dedication needed to become a master of the art of learning. While memes may be top of the list when it comes to distractions that stop us from achieving our educational goals, they can also serve as an amusing reminder that staying in school requires some real effort.
