POV: It's summer vacation and you're having the time of your life. 

Ah, what a ripe time. Nothing feels better than summer break when you were a kid. Sure, summer still exists, but it's an entirely different feeling. For one, you're probably still working. Adult jobs don't take the summer off, usually, so there is no break in your schedule to look forward to. Plus, you might not have the same zest for life as you did when you were 8 years old and full of energy. Sure, you're still young and enjoy a good time, but you're not playing outside until the sun goes down. You probably don't have the time to anyway. But let's take some time to remember what it was like back then. You've got a Blue Raspberry Otter Pop in your hand, and you're ready to take the neighborhood by storm. You've got nothing but free time, and so do your friends. You ride your bikes around the neighborhood looking for trouble to get into. Maybe one of your friends has a big yard, and you're going to take turns running through the sprinkler. Maybe you're going to chase down the ice cream truck and pluck the gumball eyes out of SpongeBob's face. Maybe you've got the latest Magic Tree House book in your hand, and you can't wait to get into it. Maybe you and your friends are going to have a sleepover where you watch The Clique and make popcorn with m&ms.
