This 1961 Ford Galaxie Sunliner convertible was refurbished in 2005 with work including a color change, replacement tan convertible top and interior, a dual-exhaust system, and additional mechanical service. The car is powered by a 352ci Ford V8 paired with a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission and also features 14″ American Racing polished wheels, power steering, power-assisted drum brakes, and a retro-look radio. The 352ci V8 received refurbishment work in 2005 along with the rest of the car according to the seller. It is topped by an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and a four-barrel carburetor. In December 2022, the intake-manifold gaskets were replaced, the engine oil and filter were changed, fluids were topped off, and the right-rear engine expansion plug was replaced.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The right-rear axle seals were replaced in December 2022. The dual exhaust system has a mix of mufflers and chrome tips.
