This 2019 Cadillac CT6-V is a Canadian-market example that is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.2-liter Blackwing V8 that drives all four wheels through a 10-speed automatic transmission and a mechanical limited-slip differential. The heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats and the heated outboard rear seats are upholstered in Jet Black semi-aniline leather with chevron perforated inserts and are accented by Ravenwood and twill-weave carbon-fiber trim on the dashboard, console, and door panels. Interior appointments include a rear-seat entertainment system, remote start, a head-up display, a rearview camera mirror, dual-zone climate control, a 34-speaker Bose Panaray sound system, and a CUE multimedia system with navigation, a 10.2″ touchscreen, cell-phone integration, and a rotary controller.
The heated and leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features magnesium paddle shifters and frames a 12″ configurable digital instrument cluster. The Driver Awareness Package included Safety Alert Seat, Following Distance Indicator, Forward Collision Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Low Speed Forward Automatic Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert. The digital odometer indicates 27k miles.
The twin-turbocharged 4.2-liter Blackwing V8 utilizes a “hot vee” configuration along with an aluminum cylinder block, a lightweight forged steel crankshaft, forged steel connecting rods, high-strength hypereutectic aluminum pistons, and four sodium-filled valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 550 horsepower and 640 lb-ft of torque, and the engine bears a plaque with the name of the technician that hand-built the engine. An oil change was carried out in June 2026.
Power is routed to all four wheels through a 10-speed automatic transmission and a mechanical limited-slip differential. The transmission control module was reprogrammed in June 2026.
