LUCENA CITY — Three armed men, who were drinking and allegedly causing trouble, shot at responding policemen before surrendering in Rosario town, Batangas, on Tuesday night.  In a report Wednesday, the Police Regional Office 4A said four police officers had proceeded to Barangay Natu at around 8 p.m. after receiving a complaint regarding gunfire from intoxicated men who were causing a disturbance during a domestic dispute.
