This 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 two-door Club Sedan was modified by a previous owner with a 302ci V8, a four-speed Toploader manual transmission, a power front disc brake conversion, and Cragar S/S wheels. Its Rangoon Red and Wimbledon White exterior is complemented by a reupholstered red interior featuring bucket seats and auxiliary gauges. Work in 2025 included fitting an Edelbrock 600CFM carburetor, an aluminum radiator, and a new fuel pump and alternator. The car was previously listed on BaT in December 2025, and since that time the hood was refinished and the scoop was removed, the shifter and seat belts were replaced, and new exhaust components were installed. This Fairlane 500 is now offered with an Arkansas title in the seller’s name.

The car was ordered in Rangoon Red (J) with a Wimbledon White (M) top, and it has been repainted. Since the last auction, the hood scoop was removed and the hood was repainted, and the half-moon headlight covers have also been removed.

The car has been modified with a power front disc brake conversion and rides on a mix of tires mounted on 15″ Cragar S/S wheels.

The interior was redone around a decade ago and features bucket seats, latch-and-link front belts, and a fire extinguisher. There is a tear in the right door panel. Since the last auction, the shifter was replaced and rear seat belts were fitted.

The steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. A quartet of auxiliary gauges are mounted ahead of the shifter, and a tachometer is mounted over the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 88k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. The seller notes that the speedometer and fuel-level gauges read inaccurately.

The previous owner told us that the 302ci V8 was installed around 2015, and it has been fitted with a COMP Cams camshaft, electronic distributor, and an Edelbrock intake manifold and carburetor. In 2025 an aluminum radiator, an Edelbrock 600CFM carburetor, and a new fuel pump and alternator were installed.

A four-speed Toploader manual transmission has been fitted in place of the factory three-speed. The dual exhaust system has been reconfigured to exit out the back, and the mufflers were replaced.
