This 2011 Bentley is one of 583 Continental Supersports convertible examples produced between 2009 and 2011 and now has 37k miles. The car is finished in Beluga over black leather and suede upholstery and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 linked with a six-speed automatic transaxle, an all-wheel-drive system, and a Torsen center differential. Features include a black soft top, xenon headlights, parking sensors, 20″ Supersports 10-spoke wheels, an adaptive air suspension, Mulliner Driving Specification interior trim, a backup camera, heated massaging front seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, navigation, a Naim for Bentley audio system, multi-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. This Continental Supersports convertible is now offered in Texas by the selling dealer at no reserve with the owner’s manual, service records, and a New Hampshire title.
The Supersports model is approximately 250lbs lighter than the contemporary Continental GT, and it features Smoked Steel-finished grille meshes, headlight bezels, and trim as well as a revised front fascia, smoked taillight lenses, and flared quarter panels to accommodate a wider rear track. This example is finished in Beluga and features a black soft top with a heated glass rear window. Additional equipment includes xenon headlights, parking sensors, polished trim, and integrated dual exhaust outlets with polished finishers. A November 2019 entry in the Carfax report notes that the car sustained damage to the front, and an April 2020 entry notes that the vehicle was declared a “Total Loss Vehicle”. Photos of the car following the damage and service records detailing replacement components are visible in the gallery below. The power operation functions on the soft top do not work.
The 20″ Supersports 10-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The car is equipped with an adaptive air suspension that includes driver controls for ride height and damper settings. Stopping power is provided by Bentley-branded calipers fitted over cross-drilled and ventilated ceramic-composite rotors at each corner.
The cabin features Beluga leather and suede seat upholstery with red piping in addition to a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, doors, and carpets. The Mulliner Driving Specification added diamond-stitched quilted accents on the seats along with embroidered Bentley logos on the seatbacks as well as a leather headliner and a knurled chrome and leather-wrapped shifter. Amenities include heated and massaging power-adjustable bucket seats as well as a dash-mounted Breitling analog clock, carbon-fiber interior trim, a rearview camera, a navigation system, a CD stereo, a Naim for Bentley audio system, multi-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control.
The multifunction steering wheel sits ahead of column-mounted paddle shifters and frames a 210-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 37k miles, approximately 1,200 of which were added under current ownership. A fault for the power-operated top is present in the center display.
The twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 was factory rated at 621 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a ZF 6HP six-speed automatic transaxle and a Torsen center differential.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage report and “Total Loss Vehicle” entries along with a “Salvage Title/Certificate Issued” entry in April 2020.
The New Hampshire title carries a “Salvage” notation.
