STA. BARBARA, Pangasinan — A five-year-old boy died from drowning in a fishpond at a farm in Barangay Gueguesangen in the Pangasinan town of Santa Barbara on Sunday evening. Police said the victim was brought to the Region I Medical Center in Dagupan City after he was retrieved from the fishpond. But the attending physician declared the boy dead on arrival.
