This 1999 Nissan Skyline is one of a reported 65 standard R34 GT-R cars specified from the factory in Midnight Purple II. Chassis 001197 remained in Japan before being sold in 2021 and relocated to Australia. It was later imported to the US in 2024 and was acquired by the current owner the same year. The car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 2.6L RB26DETT inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and an ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system featuring a limited-slip rear differential. It is further equipped with Brembo brakes, Super HICAS rear-axle steering, and 18″ six-spoke forged alloy wheels in addition to xenon headlights, a front spoiler, and a rear wing. Inside, seats trimmed in textured gray cloth with suede inserts are accompanied by a cassette stereo and automatic climate control. A Tomei Expreme Ti exhaust system was installed and the Multi-Function Display screen and left-front lower control arm were replaced as part of a service visit at Countersteer LLC in Canton, Georgia, in July 2024. This R34 Skyline GT-R has 55k kilometers (~34k miles) and is offered on dealer consignment with manufacturer’s literature, service records, a February 2024 CarVX report, a July 2025 dynamometer summary, and a clean Georgia title.
The car left the factory finished in Midnight Purple II (LV4) with a front spoiler and a rear wing. The CarVX report notes a collision in February 2021, and the car was reportedly repainted in the factory color following that event. The xenon headlights were adjusted by Countersteer LLC in July 2024. Paint correction was performed after which paint protection film and a ceramic coating were applied at a cost of approximately $8,700.
The 18″ six-spoke forged alloy wheels wear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 245/40 with 2023 date codes. The car was factory-equipped with Super HICAS rear-axle steering as well as gold-finished Brembo brake calipers over ventilated discs at all four corners. The left-front control arm was replaced, the fender liner was repaired, and the brake rotors were machined at Countersteer LLC in July 2024.
The right-hand-drive cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in textured gray cloth with suede inserts, which extends to the door panels. Further appointments include a working factory cassette stereo, automatic climate control, power windows, a replacement factory shift knob and parking brake handle, and Nismo floor mats.
The factory-replacement leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 300-km/h speedometer and a 10k-rpm tachometer with an inset oil pressure gauge as well gauges to monitor coolant temperature and fuel level. The Multi-Function Display screen in the center of the dashboard was replaced in July 2024. The digital odometer indicates 55k kilometers (~34k miles).
The twin-turbocharged 2.6-liter RB26DETT inline-six is unmodified, per the seller.
