This is your handy guide to every new car coming in 2026 and 2027

This year has already been one of the busiest yet for the car industry, with plenty of models – and entirely new brands – making their debuts.

And the momentum will only keep rolling as 2027 approaches, bringing high-profile arrivals from all corners of the world.

From the baby EVs that didn't seem possible only a few years ago to rip-snorting V8 supercars and VIP-hauling vans, there's something here to catch the eye of everyone.

Here's our breakdown of every new car coming to the UK in 2026 and 2027, from Aion to Zenvo.

Every new car coming in 2026 Aion UT

On sale October

New to the UK but long established in China, Aion is adding this Volkswagen ID 3 rival to its line-up in the coming weeks. Due to be priced from £28,950, it has 204bhp and a range of 268 miles.

Alpine A110 EV

On sale 2027

The long-awaited follow-up to one of the best sports cars in decades will be electric – and, Alpine's bosses claim, even better for it.

The new Alpine Performance Platform will allow similarly low-slung proportions to those of the old A110, thanks to its use of two battery packs: one under the front bonnet and the other where an engine would traditionally sit.

Aston Martin Valen

On sale 2027

Crikey. This £1.5 million limited-run supercar is the most powerful front-engined car yet, boosting the Vanquish's 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 to 838bhp. It also introduces more aggressive design cues that could influence future Astons, including an angry snout.

Audi A2 E-tron

On sale December

New EV riffs on the cult-classic, MPV-aping supermini. Just like the original, it is focused strictly on efficiency: even the sidewalls of its tyres are shaved down to reduce drag.

It will be the new entry-level Audi, indirectly replacing the A1 and Q2 that went out of production earlier this year, with pricing tipped to start around £30,000.

A Touring estate version is also on the way.
