Controversial Crime Intelligence cop Feroz Khan once said his boss, Dumisani Khumalo, was dubiously using a R286m cocaine interception to get him out of the police service. Now Khan has been fired, and Khumalo, who faced other criminal charges, has been cleared and is heading critical police investigative teams.
