SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — A tornado tore off the roof of a house in Barangay Pudoc Norte here shortly after midnight Tuesday as tornadoes or tornado-like winds were reported in several other parts of the province over the past two days. The tornado struck at about 12:10 a.m., according to initial reports. No injuries were immediately reported.
