As capital goes back to normal, Niger downplays soldiers' mutiny
Niger's capital is back to normal after an intense week-end. A soldier mutiny took over Niamey on August 29, which was stopped by the army alongside the Russian paramilitary Africa Corps. The next day, Algeria sent four fighters aircrafts and two other military planes as cooperation with Nigeria is recently back on : an unexpected decision.
