The 2026 Bar Examinations are scheduled to take place on September 6 (Sunday), September 9 (Wednesday), and September 13 (Sunday). As always, it is expected that traffic around the testing sites will be especially heavy on these dates.

In anticipation of increased traffic congestion as testing takes place next week, the Supreme Court has released an advisory advising the public of road closures and reroutings that will take effect. We’ve compiled them below to help you plan alternate routes ahead of time.

Keeping up with LGUs’ own local advisories will also be helpful as they manage the situation on and around the days of testing.

Bar Exam 2026: National Capital Region testing centers

1) Ateneo de Manila University School of Law (Makati City)

  • No road closures will take effect around campus on testing days.
  • A single lane on each of Rockwell Drive and Hidalgo Drive will be reserved for examinee drop-off and pick-up.

2) Manila Adventist College (Pasay City)

  • Portions of San Juan Street and Donada Street in front of campus will be closed off on testing days from 3am to 8pm:
    • The segment of San Juan Street running from Leveriza Street to Donada Street will be closed off on testing days.
    • The Segment of Donada Street running from Buendia Avenue to San Juan Street will be closed off on testing days.

3) New Era University (Quezon City)

  • No road closures will take effect around campus on testing days.
  • A no parking policy will be put into effect at Central Avenue from 2am to 7pm on testing days.
  • A no U-turn policy will also be put into effect at Central Avenue from 2am to 7am and 2pm to 7pm on testing days.
  • Examinee vehicular traffic will be directed to use the outer lanes of Central Avenue, while regular vehicles will continue using the inner lane. This policy will be applied from 2am to 7am and 2pm to 7pm on testing days.

4) San Beda College Alabang (Muntinlupa City)

  • No road closures will take effect around campus on testing days.

5) San Beda University (Manila City)

  • Mendiola Street, Concepcion Aguila Street, and a portion of Legarda Street will be closed off on testing days from 2am to 7pm:
    • The stretch running from the Peace Arch, through the corner of Mendiola and Concepcion Aguila, and up to Jose P. Laurel Street will be closed off on testing days.
    • The eastbound segment of Legarda Street running from San Rafael Street to Mendiola Street will be closed off on testing days.

6) University of the Philippines - Bonifacio Global City (Taguig City)

  • No road closures or reroutings will take effect in BGC on testing days.
  • Authorities have advised to expect heavy traffic from 4am to 7am and 4pm to 7pm on testing days as examinees are dropped off and picked up from campus.

7) University of Santom Tomas (Manila City)

  • The stretch of Dapitan Street from Lacson Avenue to P. Noval Street will be closed off on testing days from 2am to 7pm.
  • The westbound lanes of España Boulevard between Gate 2 and P. Noval Street will receive assisted traffic management on September 6 and 9, from 2am to 8am and from 3pm to 7pm. Assisted traffic management will also be present on September 13 from 2am to 8am.
  • The westbound lanes of España Boulevard between Lacson Avenue and P. Noval Street will be closed off on September 13 from 3pm to 7pm.
Bar Exam 2026: Luzon testing centers

1) Cagayan State University (Tuguegarao City)

  • One-way traffic rerouting will be applied to the following roads on all testing days:
    • Dalan na Pappablo
    • Dalan na Angicacua 
    • Dalan na Pavvurulunan 
    • Dalan na Malappo

2) Saint Louis University (Baguio City)

  • Lower Bonifacio Street in front of SLU Main Gate will be closed off on testing days from 3pm to 7pm.

3) University of Nueva Caceres (Naga City)

  • Portions of J. Hernandez Avenue and P. Burgos Street will be closed off on testing days from 12:01am to 7pm.
    • The segment of J. Hernandez Avenue from the Arana Street intersection up to the front of Grand Master mall will be closed off on testing days.
    • The segment of P. Burgos street from the J. Hernandez Avenue intersection up to Elias Angeles Street will be closed off on testing days.
Bar Exam 2026: Visayas testing centers

1) Central Philippine University (Iloilo City)

  • Segments of Lopez Jaena Street will be closed off on testing days.
    • The segment of Lopez Jaena Street between the gate of Miramar Subdivision and Cabangbang Street will be closed off from 2am to 8am and 2:30pm to 7:30pm on September 6 and 9, and from 2am to 8am on September 13.
    • The segment of Lopez Jaena Street from the Iloilo Coliseum to Cabangbang Street will be closed off from 2:30pm to 7:30pm on September 13.

2) Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation (Tacloban City)

  • No road closures will take effect around campus on testing days.
  • A no U-turn policy will be put into effect along Calanipawan Street on testing days.

3) University of San Jose - Recoletos (Cebu City)

  • The outermost southbound lane of N. Bacalso Avenue will be closed off from 2pm to 7pm on September 13.
Bar Exam 2026: Mindanao testing centers

1) Ateneo de Davao University (Davao City)

  • No road closures will take effect around campus on testing days.
  • A no U-turn policy will be put into effect on the segment of MacArthur Highway in front of campus on testing days.

2) Mindanao State University - Ilagan Institute of Technology (Ilagan City)

  • The outer two lanes of Andres Bonifacio Avenue adjacent to campus will be closed off from 3am to 7am on September 6 and 9, and from 3am to 7am and from 3pm to 7pm on September 13.
