COTABATO CITY—Former Moro liberation fighter Abdulraof Macacua, currently interim Chief Minister of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), cast his vote during the first regional parliamentary elections on Monday. Macacua voted in Barangay Gambar, Kabuntalan town, Maguindanao del Norte at 7:30 a.m.  “I voted. I exercised my right to vote with faith in our people and hope for the future of the Bangsamoro.
