One thing that’s becoming apparent about Survivor alums is that they’re among the messiest players in the Big Brother house.

This season alone, Dee Valladares and Rick Devens have made powerful moves that have earned them the ire of their fellow houseguests.

As a superfan, I don’t like how much power they’ve had, but I like that they’re willing to switch things up.

They don’t play scared, which is refreshing in this era of CBS reality TV series.

As TV Fanatic previously reported, Dee won the Week 7 Head of Household. In the aftermath, she’s made a wealth of wild decisions.

On Friday, she nominated Mosh Pit alliance member Drew, alongside Taylor and Yash, for eviction.

At first, it seemed like Yash was the potential backdoor target — until she made a deal with him with her Big Brother Bribe.

She kept him off the block, and he would have to do the same the next time he won Head of Household.

He’d collect a $5,000 check for the trouble.

Dee Has Made Another Mistake on Big Brother

On Saturday, LaTrice won the Golden Power of Veto, emerging as one of the better competitors of Big Brother Season 28.

That put Dee in quite the conundrum: She had already promised Hayley and Yash safety, so who else could she nominate?

That’s when she realized that she could go after another member of her Mosh Pit alliance.

Look, Mallory and Melody have been wanting to go after the veterans for weeks now, so it’s no surprise that Dee wants to get them first.

Dee conspired with Angela and Rick to say that it was time for her to nominate Mallory, and this time, she didn’t want to miss.

Mallory has already won the Big Brother Blockbuster this season and has been actively throwing competitions.

The FAP alliance, which consists of Barrett, Drew, Mallory, and Melody, has had an easy run in the house because they’ve managed to play the middle ground.

There are questions about whether Barrett and Drew are more loyal to the icons or Mallory and Melody.

There’s no telling for sure at this point, but the rest of the week will be interesting with Drew, Mallory, and Taylor on the block.

Taylor has been a big target, but everything keeps changing in the house, meaning that Dee and her allies could decide it’s game over for Drew or Mallory.

Honestly, for Dee’s game, it’s probably better if Mallory goes. Mallory will be on the warpath if she’s still in the house after Thursday.

She’s definitely due a Head of Household win, and I think Dee’s move would force her hand to put all of the icons on the block.

The house is running out of time to stand up to the veterans, and at this point, Big Brother is losing credibility by giving them so much power.

The feeds went down on Monday afternoon. As expected, La Trice saved herself from the block with the Veto, and Dee nominated Mallory in her place.
