The Cleveland Browns signed RB Audric Estime off the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad on Monday. Estime will now be on Cleveland's 53-man roster only two weeks after signing with Minnesota.
A 2024 fifth-round pick by the Denver Broncos, Estime has carried the ball 122 times for 508 yards and three touchdowns in two seasons. He spent last year with the New Orleans Saints, appearing in seven games and starting one.
The Vikings signed Estime to their practice squad on September 30, as part of a busy week when the team reshuffled several players after trading J.J. McCarthy. With Jordan Mason expected to return after the bye week, the need for added depth at running back, even among practice squad players, has shrunk.
