Callaway’s Silverado Street Truck Could Make For An Interesting Rumble Bee Rival

• Callaway-Waldoch has introduced the new Silverado SC602 Launch Edition.

• Production is limited to 100 units and the sport truck produces 602 hp.

Callaway Cars and Waldoch Crafts have teamed up to create a new street truck based on the 2026 Chevrolet Silverado. Known as the Launch Edition, it features a lowered suspension and a supercharged V8.

Based on the Silverado 1500 RST, the truck has a lightly revised front end with a body-color grille sporting an illuminated bowtie. They’re accompanied by Callaway badging on the hood as well as a 602 badge.

The sporty styling continues further back with a ground effects package as well as lightweight 22-inch wheels wearing a graphite finish. They’re wrapped in Toyo Proxes ST III tires and are backed up by a Callaway Big Brake package. The latter adds six-piston calipers and 15-inch slotted rotors up front.

Rounding out the highlights are an electronically controlled stainless-steel sports exhaust system and a lowered performance suspension. The latter promises “enhanced handling and a more aggressive sport-truck stance.”

Sliding into the cabin reveals leather and Alcantara seats with Callaway and Waldoch badging. They’re joined by cool Hydro-Graphic trim, which was inspired by topographic maps. Elsewhere, there are anodized aluminum pedals, Callaway sill plates, and a serialized plaque on the center console.

Under the hood, the 6.2-liter V8 engine has been equipped with Callaway’s SC602 package. It adds a supercharger, a high-flow intake, a CalCal calibration, and a carbon fiber cover. Thanks to these changes, the output climbs from 420 hp (313 kW / 426 PS) and 460 lb-ft (623 Nm) of torque to 602 hp (449 kW / 610 PS) and 560 lb-ft (758 Nm).

Production will be limited to 100 units and the model will serve as a last hurrah for the current-generation Silverado. However, it won’t mark the end of the Callaway-Waldoch partnership as the companies teased modified SUVs are coming in the near future.
