Cat dumped in dirt at botanical garden begins to bloom when cat lover comes along with food and a DIY shelter, but with winter approaching the feline would soon need a warm furever home to keep it safe: ‘I really hope she doesn't mind me catnapping her!’

We say this all the time but you never really know where you are going to find yourself face to face with a dumped kitty. Take this story for example which somehow has a kitty who was dumped in a botanical garden. Perhaps its pawrents wanted to leave it somewhere safe, or they were hoping it would eat a toxic plant and pass away. Either way that is where our story begins.

It begins with the meeting of our heroic hooman who would come to save the cat and of course the cat itself. They instantly bonded while taking in the afternoon sun washing over the plants and petals and soon began sharing meals. Their relationship developed quickly and soon this hooman had arrange to bring a shelter for the cat so that it would have somewhere safe to spend the winter. But in that very same interaction with garden staff a surprising offer was made to this cat caring hooman.

They told them that they were welcome to take the cat home with them if they could convince it to come. Now this is were things get interesting. Most hoomans would have immediately said yes and dealt with the consequences later. Consequences which could impact the hooman just as much as the kitty. But this hooman took a step back and thought. Upon realizing that their home was not prepared properly for a cat, in that it was currently incomplete, they opted to leave the cat in the garden with the shelter until they could offer it a truly pawfect home to grow old in.
