SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — Classes at all levels in public and private schools in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, were suspended on Friday due to Typhoon Rosal. Classes in other areas will proceed as scheduled unless separate suspension announcements are issued.
