MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — A dead fetus was found in Zone Sayote, Barangay Paknaan, Mandaue City, at around 3 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14, prompting police to launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the discovery. The incident was reported to authorities at around 7 a.m. after the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) Command Center received information about the discovery.
