Nostalgia is also the weird thing that can take you back without expecting it.

Nostalgia can be anything, from a sound that makes you think of when you were a kid watching cartoons to the taste of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich that takes you back to your school years. Anything can trigger a memory, and that is a good thing. When you want to remember, to refresh your memory with stories from the past, you don't have to force yourself by thinking about it. You can just prepare yourself food that you used to eat at the time, walk near the places you used to spend time in, and watch the shows you used to watch. All that will take you right back to the moment in time you are looking to return to. Is not erased from your mind; it's just hiding in the deeper ends of it. You just need to find it. Today, I'm going to help you do exactly that. You are going to remember an exact moment in time, but in a happy and upbeat way.

Do you remember when you were a kid in school who had lunch break at 10 or 11 a.m. and was fed some milk, a slice of pizza, and a piece of fruit to eat? Well, that is the moment in time where we are going to travel. But not travel to eat the conventional way with some kind of meditation or hypnosis; this is way easier and more enjoyable. The way I like to travel to the old days of my life and appeal to nostalgia is by using memes. Memes that make me think of the time when I was free from obligations other than going to school, the time when I hated to wake up early in the morning, the time when I would look for excuses not to attend school on a rainy day just because I didn't feel like ot. I miss those days, but it's nice getting to remember them with memes that make me laugh. After all, they had no business giving milk and hamburgers as a school lunch, but it's better to remember that for its funny aspects than the bad ones.
