TACLOBAN CITY — A fisherman was allegedly stabbed to death by his drinking companion while he was asleep following a heated argument in San Policarpo town, Eastern Samar, on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 3, police said. The victim, identified only as “Rod,” a widower and resident of San Policarpo, was stabbed at about 4 p.m. in Barangay Binogawan, according to the San Policarpo Municipal Police Station.
