Former New York Rangers star Ron Duguay has died at age 69 after a bout with cancer.

Duguay's girlfriend, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, announced the news on social media Thursday.

"It’s with a shattered heart, but also deep peace knowing Ron is with Jesus now. He fought so hard. Love never ends," Palin posted to X.
