Nintendo and Intelligent Systems released the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave expansion pass on Thursday, October 15, with its first wave of DLC available the same day. The three-part pass costs $34.99 / £29.99 on the Nintendo eShop, with further additions planned for this holiday season and 2027.

The first installment adds a selection of weapons for use in the tactical RPG. The next wave is due during the 2026 holiday season, bringing additional outfits for the cast and three new allies: Aurora, Smyrnos, and Jurah.

What each DLC wave adds

The final installment is planned for 2027 and is described as the pass’s largest addition. It will bring new stories, allies, classes, and other content, although specific details about those additions have not yet been provided in the available announcement.

That story content could give players a reason to return to an already sizeable game, while offering newcomers more to look forward to beyond the base campaign. For now, the announcement sets out the broad shape of the pass rather than a full breakdown of the 2027 material.

Eurogamer and Vooks both reported the three-wave rollout, though the reported price differs between the supplied coverage. Eurogamer lists the pass at $34.99 / £29.99, the price used here; the Vooks report gives a different figure, so it is not treated as confirmed.

Pass available now on Nintendo eShop

The first wave is playable now, while the remaining content is scheduled to arrive in stages rather than as one large release. Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have not specified exact release dates for the holiday-season or 2027 installments.

The pass is available through the Nintendo eShop for $34.99 / £29.99. Wave 2 is due this holiday season, with the final set of stories and other additions following in 2027.
