This 1977 Ford Bronco was refurbished and modified under prior ownership with work consisting of refinishing the body in Vista Orange, fitting a Velocity Restorations brown leather interior kit, replacing the glass and interior and exterior trim, and installing a fuel-injected 347ci stroker V8 linked with a rebuilt three-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and replacement limited-slip front and rear differentials with 4.11:1 gears. Additional modifications include a Holley Sniper EFI system, a soft top, a roll bar, a dual exhaust system, Method Racing wheels, a Tuffy locking center console, Vintage Air climate control, a Dual digital audio receiver, and Dakota Digital instrumentation. The selling dealer acquired the truck in 2024, and subsequent work consisted of Rhino-lining interior surfaces, replacing the water pump, soft top, and tires, and installing a dual wiper kit, power windows, a SkyJacker steering stabilizer, Wilwood front and rear disc brake kits, and a 2.5″ suspension lift kit with Bilstein dampers. This modified Bronco is now offered in New York with a build document, service records, and a clean Arizona title.
The truck was refinished in Vista Orange under prior ownership and exterior details include a removable hardtop, a soft top, a roll bar, a white grille, bright trim, AMP Research power-operated side steps, bolt-on fender flares, bright exhaust finishers, and chrome bumpers.
The Method Racing wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A K02 tires. The truck rides on a 2.5″ lifted suspension with Bilstein dampers and a SkyJacker steering stabilizer. Braking is handled by Wilwood calipers over vented rotors at each corner. Warn manually locking front hubs and power steering are equipped. Recent work consisted of replacing the tires and installing the steering stabilizer, Wilwood disc brake kits, and the suspension lift kit.
The Velocity Restorations high-back front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in brown leather upholstery with diamond-pattern stitching that extends to the dashboard pad, door panels and rear cargo side panels. A Tuffy locking center console is fitted and amenities include a body-color dashboard, Vintage Air climate control, a Holley Sniper EFI touchscreen controller, sound insulation, a Dual digital stereo, a Jensen amplified subwoofer, Rockford Fosgate speakers, and power windows.
The wood-rimmed steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames a Dakota Digital gauge that includes a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for battery voltage, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 15k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. The seller states the mileage is not accurate, and total mileage is unknown.
The 347ci stroker V8 was installed under prior ownership and it features a Holley Sniper EFI system, an aftermarket intake manifold, GT40 cylinder heads, and shorty-style exhaust headers. Recent work consisted of installing an aluminum radiator, a replacement fan, a high-pressure fuel pump, and a dual exhaust system and replacing the water pump, sending unit, and fuel tank.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck features limited-slip front and rear differentials. Refurbishment work consisted of rebuilding the transmission, replacing the torque converter, and installing Summit front and rear limited-slip differentials with 4.11:1 gears, and work under current ownership consisted of resealing the transfer case and front differential.
