I work at a small UK agency and we build Android and iOS apps for business clients. On the Android side, the pain points that come up most are release management and setting client expectations on review and rollout.

Our current approach is staged rollouts, an internal testing track before every release, and a buffer in the schedule so a rejected build doesn't blow a deadline.

How do you handle it? Anything you would change, especially around testing on older devices and communicating timelines to non-technical clients?

(Disclosure: I work at ZevIQ AI, an agency that builds mobile apps.)
