LUCENA CITY — Police arrested a man for allegedly shooting and killing his wife in a dispute over financial support for their children in Antipolo City, Rizal, on Thursday morning. The suspect, a security guard employed by the provincial government, allegedly shot his wife in front of the Ynares Center at L.
