I'm currently building Taho, a mobile first API testing tool for Android.
The idea originally came from wanting to handle work pressure while still being present with your family. You shouldn't necessarily have to choose between being available for work and being physically present with the people who matter to you. I'm a QA myself I have a WFH Job, and sometimes I get calls like, “Hey, can you test this API?” while I'm travelling on a bus or Public Transport or sitting with my family. It just doesn't feel right to leave them at that moment, yet I had to because I had work to do. I could do most of my QA work from my phone, but API testing was one of the things that was really difficult to do without my laptop. That's where the idea for Taho came from.
I'm still actively developing it and it's currently in closed beta, so I'm at the stage where feedback from actual Android developers would be really useful.
If you regularly work with APIs, what features would you want in a mobile API testing tool?
Things I'm already thinking about include:
REST/HTTP requests
Headers & query parameters
Authentication
JSON/body editing
cURL import
Request history & collections
Response inspection
Environment variables
API testing/automation
MCP is also in progress
But I don't want to decide everything based on what I think developers need.
What would make you actually want to use an API testing app on Android?

Things that are annoying on mobile
Features you'd consider essential
Features you think are completely unnecessary
