I'm wary of anything that calls itself a Windows cleaner because tools in that category tend to ask for a ridiculous amount of trust. The category has spent years promising faster PCs in exchange for letting an app rummage through caches, registry entries, temporary files, and whatever else it decides is disposable. I'd rather tolerate a little clutter than discover afterward that an "optimization" was a bad idea.
