Former Cincinnati Reds great Joey Votto shared in an Instagram post that he finally got an opportunity to see the clock he gave as a gift earlier this year, during a visit to Crosley Terrace, outside the main entrance of Great American Ball Park.

"First time seeing it in person," read Votto's caption. "I hope it was enjoyed during the 2026 season. I hope to take pics next season with some of you in front of it!"

The clock, created by Cincinnati's The Verdin Company, stands 16 feet, 8 inches tall with four 36-inch dials.

"I am excited about giving the clock to the city, the team and its fans," Votto said in March. "Being the oldest professional team, I wanted this clock to add to the charm and mystique of the Cincinnati Reds experience."

In September, Votto replied to National Baseball Hall of Famer and Reds analyst Barry Larkin's rant that followed a 9-1 loss in the team's series finale against the Chicago Cubs by tweeting, "Captain Lark 100 (emoji)."
