For the first time in his life, let alone his career, LeBron James is calling the East Coast his home.

The NBA’s all-time leading scorer is set to begin his unprecedented 24th season later this month as a member of the Philadelphia 76ers after spending his previous eight seasons in Los Angeles with the Lakers.

But it does not appear that he has made the Philly area or even nearby New Jersey his home. Instead, James seems to be making the commute over the New Jersey Turnpike and into New York City.

James has arrived at and left practices via helicopter, which has been shown to be traveling to and from the Big Apple. But better yet, the helicopter is on someone else’s dime.

James’ brand deal with Fanatics includes use of the company’s corporate aviation, a source with the company told Fox News.

A spokesperson for James confirmed as such to Fox News via email.

"The deal we signed with Fanatics almost three years ago includes access to their corporate aviation. It’s a feature in many of their deals with their largest athletes, and we appreciate their partnership as LeBron splits his time between New York and Philadelphia," a spokesperson for James said.

A typical drive from Philly to New York, even without traffic, could be near two hours, but the flight is roughly half an hour.

James signed a two-year, $8 million deal with the Sixers, a move he said would be his "last decision." Through his career earnings and sponsorship deals, James has an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion, according to Forbes.

The new-look Sixers also added Jaylen Brown via trade, making them a serious threat to the reigning NBA champion New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference. He joins Sixers veterans Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey as they look to finally complete their long-awaited process.
