IndiaAIFounders — Looking for advice on my small home office

I’m currently setting up a small home office and would love to hear what you think of the layout so far.

The walls are covered in cork, and this is the current design I made in SketchUp. What do you think of the layout as it is now? Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas to improve it?

The left wall still needs to be filled, but I honestly have no idea what to put there yet. Open to any suggestions!

I want the desk top another color/material than black, because together with the cabinets and other elements I feel like it might become too much black. Would a wooden desk top look good with the cork walls, or would you go for a different material/color?

Any ideas are welcome!
