In a remarkable display of solidarity, the Cockroach Janta Party's protest at Shivaji Park drew approximately 10,000 participants. The event, which was marred by a lack of official sanction from local authorities, proceeded peacefully as Mumbai police effectively controlled the crowd, much to the appreciation of protest leader Abhijeet Dipke.
