Frankie Muniz recently took to social media to share a family picture. This comes after he earlier shared an emotional post in which he claimed that he had hit “rock bottom” and that everything was “falling apart.” The recent post was about celebrating his son’s sportsmanship.

Muniz shared on Instagram a picture of him, his estranged wife, Paige Price, and their son, Mauz in a car. They all appear to be in bright spirits as they make weird faces for the photos. His caption read, “Post soccer shenanigans with the fam. Our little dude got a medal for excellence in sportsmanship!”

This development comes a day after he posted a photo of himself alongside a lengthy emotional note. He wrote, “The last 6 weeks of my life have been a nightmare I’m praying to wake up from. Everything felt heavy, unclear, and like it was falling apart at the same time. I wouldn’t wish this season on anyone.” He mentioned that he now has nowhere to hide but had time to sit with himself and self-reflect. Through this, the actor claimed that he realized the areas he needed to work on to improve and become the best version of himself. He aims to be an authentic self and not the “polished” person he shows the world.

Furthermore, he also reflected on how hitting rock bottom sometimes can be perceived positively. “It forces the changes you needed to make all along so you can live the best life possible. That idea has been sitting with me. In five years I believe I’ll look back at this exact low point and feel grateful for it, because the high I’ll be standing on then only exists because I went through this,” he elaborated.

Muniz wrote that he’s determined to work on himself and viewed this season as a foundation for becoming better. He also motivated those who were feeling low, urging them not to lose hope and reminding them that this is a period of rebuilding.
