MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Mandaue City is proposing a ₱5-billion annual budget for 2027, up by ₱500 million from this year’s P4.5-billion allocation, with health, education and infrastructure remaining among its priorities. City Councilor Joel Seno, chairman of the Committee of Budget and Finance, said that the executive department prepared the proposed budget following consultations and budget hearings with city departments in July and August.
