What would you do with this empty space under the windows?

I’m moving into a very tiny studio, about 250 sq ft, and I’m trying to make every inch work as well as possible.

I’ve already figured out most of the apartment. I have a dining area, a computer/work desk, and a sofa bed instead of a regular bed so I can use the same space as a living area during the day and a sleeping area at night.

Now I’m left with one empty corner and the space under the windows, and this is the part I really need help with.

I actually would like to turn it into another small zone if possible. Ideally, I want it to be functional, but I’m also open to something that is mainly stylish and makes the apartment feel more intentional and complete.

The only idea I’ve come up with so far is a cozy chair under the windows and maybe a tall, slim IKEA cabinet in the corner. But I feel like there could be a smarter or more interesting use of this space.

For anyone wondering why I didn’t place the desk by the window, the AC is extremely loud, and it also gets very cold sitting right next to it while it’s running. I hate the AC placement, but I live in a hot climate, so it has to stay on most of the time.

So I’m specifically looking for ideas for the space under the windows and that corner. What kind of small zone would you create there? Reading nook? Extra storage? Vanity? Lounge chair? Something decorative? I’d love ideas that make it feel useful, cozy, stylish, and not overcrowded.
P.S. apartment has two entrances.
