Amazon Prime Video’s new TV and movie releases for the week of October 19-25 include The Terminal List Season 2, The Bride, and others.

Terminal List Season 2 will follow the events from Jack Carr’s second novel, True Believer. It focuses on James Reece finding a renewed sense of purpose in his life. However, Carr revealed that the series will deviate from the novel plot due to important changes. “We can’t follow it because some things that I wrote about in the book actually came true [in real life], and in the book, the character prevents them from happening,” he told PEOPLE last year. Carr, who created the series, continued, “So there are some mandatory changes like that, and then there’s other ones because you have constraints obviously with time and all those other things.”

Lead actor Chris Pratt also expressed excitement for Season 2 in January 2026. “I cannot wait for fans of the show to see it, for fans of the second book, True Believer, to see the book fully done on the screen,” he told Collider. The actor added, “Get yourself ready, man, because I think we really elevated. I’m excited for people to see it.”

Also coming to Prime Video is The Bride. The gothic romance film, starring Jessie Buckley in a dual role, follows a scientist who revives a murdered woman to serve as a companion for Frankenstein’s monster.
