TARLAC CITY — The sports utility vehicle that plunged into the river when the Agana Bridge collapsed on August 29 was pulled from the Tarlac River at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap said no bodies were found in the SUV, which was tracked down when people spotted its tire sticking out about 2 kilometers from the bridge as the waters began to recede.
