IndiaAIFounders — PEVS 2026: Deepal S07 BEV launches with P2.35-M introductory price tag

The Deepal S07 has been unveiled today at the 2026 Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit. First previewed in REEV form at Deepal’s brand launch at the Manila International Auto Show earlier this year, the S07 now officially launches as a fully electric model.

Deepal highlights 500km of range from the 79.9kWh battery, with 30% to 80% DC fast charging possible in 15 minutes. The S07 will be available in a single RWD variant, rated at 255hp and 320Nm of torque.

The Deepal S07 measures 4,750mm long, 1,930mm wide, and 1,625mm tall with 145mm of ground clearance. It rides on 19-inch alloys wrapped in 235/55 R19 GitiControl P10 tires, and uses MacPherson struts up front and a multi-link suspension at the rear. The trunk holds up to 445 liters of cargo, while the frunk holds another 125 liters. Folding down the second row expands storage capacity to 1,385 liters.

Deepal also highlights the S07’s status as a Torino Automotive Design Award winner. Its overall design language is very similar to the Deepal S05’s; both EVs use sharp-looking headlights, a rear lightbar with an illuminated emblem, and an upper spoiler with integrated brake lights. Five color finishes are available for the S07: Comet White, Lunar Grey, Eclipse Black, Sunset Yellow, and Sunset Orange.

The interior sees plenty of leather upholstery. A large 15.6-inch central screen handles both vehicle instruments and infotainment; there is no panel behind the wheel. Other features include a panoramic sunroof, frameless windows, and a power tailgate.

The Deepal S07 is officially priced at P2,448,000. However, Deepal is offering a special introductory price of P2,350,000 for the first 50 customers placing their orders at PEVS 2026. What do you think of Deepal’s latest addition to its lineup? Let us know in the comments.
