Pragmatic Play has reworked one of its best-known slot franchises with the launch of Gates of Olympus POP, the first classic title to be transformed for the company’s recently introduced Pragmatic Play POP sub-brand.
The new 3×5 release takes the familiar Gates of Olympus formula and shifts it onto a portrait-style grid, complete with tumbling reels and multiplier symbols carrying values of up to 1,000x.
Zeus also returns in rather more compact form, with the game featuring a miniature version of the Greek god while retaining the mythology-inspired setting associated with the wider franchise.
Landing three or more scatter symbols triggers the bonus game and awards 15 Free Spins. During the feature, two or more additional scatters add another five spins.
Winning multipliers are added to a progressive total during Free Spins, with the accumulated value applied at the end of each tumbling sequence.
POP symbols can also provide additional prizes when the bonus game is triggered. Landing one POP symbol alongside the required scatters awards an extra 50x, while two increase that to 500x. Triggering the bonus with three POP symbols awards a 25,000x instant prize.
Gates of Olympus POP marks the beginning of a new series under the Pragmatic Play POP banner, which will see familiar titles and franchises reworked into the new format.
