The world is a crazy place so my wife and I have recently defaulted to smaller movies where “nothing happens”: Waking Ned Devine, EdTV, The Full Monty, Banshees of Inisherin, etc
Mainly we prefer when the movies are funny-ish, sadness tends to add heaviness but certainly not all the time.
What have you watched and loved where nothing happens?
